Return Policy

At The Wren, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain items, such as final sale items, may not be eligible for return.
  • Return Window: You can return your product within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@thewrenhome.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
