Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping: We offer various shipping options to meet your needs, including standard and expedited shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

  • Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days

International Shipping: We ship worldwide! International shipping times and rates vary depending on the destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

  • Standard International Shipping: 7-21 business days
  • Please note that customs duties, taxes, and additional fees may apply for international orders, and the customer is responsible for these charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the progress of your shipment via the link provided or on our website’s order tracking page.

Delivery Issues

  • Delayed or Lost Shipments: If you experience a delay in receiving your package or believe it may be lost, please contact us at lori@thewrenhome.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your order or issue a replacement if necessary.
  • Incorrect Address: If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, please notify us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes after your order has been processed. The Wren Home is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Some products may have specific shipping restrictions due to legal regulations or carrier policies. We will notify you during checkout if any items in your cart are restricted from being shipped to your location.
